What is Forbidden 7?
Forbidden 7 is a daily word puzzle. Each day, seven letters are off-limits. Build valid words from the remaining letters, score points based on word length, and move through ranking tiers. Quick mode uses a single big word for a shorter session, while Classic mode is the full daily puzzle.
How to play Forbidden 7
Choose Quick or Classic mode. Form valid words using only the allowed letters and none of the seven forbidden letters for that day. Submit words to earn points and advance through the ranks. The Grail Word is a high-value target worth 25 points; finding it unlocks hints as your rank increases. Your streak and Trophy Case track your progress over time.
3-letter words earn 1 point. 4-letter words earn 2 points. Words with 5 or more letters score equal to their length. The Grail Word delivers a flat 25-point bonus regardless of its length. Your total score determines your rank, from Warming Up to Forbidden Genius, and higher ranks reveal hints for finding the Grail Word.
