TypeCircuit is a daily typing test built around three quotes from video games, films, and anime. Each day features a numbered circuit that everyone types, and the game gives you a words-per-minute score. Its black cockpit-style interface places the target quote at the top, the typing area in the middle, and five live counters at the bottom.
Press Play on the home screen to begin. Retype each quote in the middle input area and complete all three in order. The 1/3 counter in the top-left shows your progress. When you finish, the counters display your WPM, time, typos, accuracy, and character count.
Mistakes turn red immediately. From the first wrong keystroke, the incorrect portion is underlined in both the target quote and the input area, and an "Oops! You made a mistake." message appears next to the progress counter. Five indicators update in real time below the typing area: WPM, Time, Typos, Accuracy and Characters. Errors are expensive. Ten missed keystrokes can drop accuracy to 87.65% even while WPM sits at zero.
Why TypeCircuit works differently
Classic typing tests loop endlessly without stakes. TypeCircuit gives one circuit per day, shared by all players, with three quotes to handle cleanly. The short format forces a trade-off between speed and precision. You cannot restart the daily circuit to chase a higher score.
Modes
Circuit of the Day: Three quotes randomly selected each day, identical for all players.
Past Circuits: The What's New panel announces replays of previous circuits and the ability to review your results. A calendar icon appears in the header when this feature is available.
Tips for a cleaner run
The error message does not pause typing. You must spot the red underlined section yourself to understand where your hand slipped. Slowing down pays more than rushing. After ten incorrect keystrokes, WPM may still be at zero while accuracy has already fallen below 88%.
The What's New panel announces four themes: Light mode, Hacker, Game Boy and Amber. A settings button appears in the interface to switch between them.
