What is 38-0?
38-0 is a football management game built around one impossible goal: complete a league or cup campaign without a single defeat. You draw a random starting eleven, configure your tactics and role, then watch the season play out. The daily challenge pairs two players head-to-head with identical ratings and asks you to pick a side before the draw runs for everyone.
How to play 38-0
- Choose between the daily challenge and a free campaign. In the daily challenge, a poster shows two featured players; tap your choice before the draw locks in.
- For a free campaign, select a competition from the list, such as the Brasileirão, Premier League, Champions League, or World Cup.
- Configure your ticket in three steps: format, tactics, and role. To edit a setting, click its line in the campaign block.
- Press “ROLL THE DRAFT” to draw your starting eleven.
- Play through the campaign. Your performance appears on the daily leaderboard with total points, goal difference, and a win-draw-loss record.
The daily challenge uses the same draw for all participants. Your only control is the side you pick on the poster. Both players enter with identical overall ratings, so the choice matters more than it appears. The duel table updates in real time to show how many people chose each side, the average points per side, and win percentage. Use that data before committing, because the most popular choice does not always yield the highest score.
Check the competition format before you start
38-0 offers league campaigns, knockout tournaments, and hybrid formats like the Champions League 36-club phase. A Premier League run means 38 home-and-away fixtures; Copa do Brasil runs as a knockout bracket. The format determines how long you must survive unbeaten. Your last ticket settings—competition, formation, style—are retained by the browser, so verify them before launching a new draw.
Modes and member features
The numbered daily challenge refreshes with a countdown and has two tabs: MAIN and EXTRA, which appears at 12:00. Free campaigns let you adjust every parameter and play as many runs as you like. In the multiplayer beta, public or private lobbies can be filled with CPUs, and players can join by code. Each player draws their own team, and the best campaign wins. A paid membership adds full Brazilian and English seasons, Manager mode, the Euro, a second daily challenge, and a larger trophy room, while removing ads. The core game remains free with advertising.
