What is Daily Audit?
Daily Audit is a 60-second cognitive test presented as a dystopian administrative procedure within the LastControl browser game. Each day at midnight UTC, the system generates nine questions across five categories: digital, pattern, memory, sequence, and field. The same sequence appears for all players that day. Each question is preceded by an atmospheric fiction line in italics, and the footer clarifies that scores have no medical or psychological value.
How to play Daily Audit
- Click “Begin assessment” to start the 60-second countdown.
- At the top, the question is labeled with its position out of nine and its category.
- Choose one of the four answers. The progress bar beneath the prompt moves forward by one step.
- Work through all nine items before the timer runs out.
- The result screen displays a message in a fictional language saying that the outcome has been filed.
The fictional framing adds pressure
