What is Minesweepdle?
Minesweepdle is a daily shared Minesweeper puzzle. Every day a new 15×15 board with 35 mines is published and everyone plays the same board with one attempt. Reveal cells, place flags, use number clues to clear the board, then share your result. A streak increases when you win consecutive days.
How to play Minesweepdle
- Click Start to begin the daily 15×15 puzzle with 35 mines.
- Left-click a cell to reveal it. Right-click to place or remove a flag, or toggle Flag Mode on mobile.
- Double-click a revealed number to chord (reveal its neighbors) when you have matching flags around it.
- Read the numbers displayed in revealed cells. Each number shows how many adjacent mines are present.
- Continue revealing and flagging until you clear all safe cells or hit a mine.
Use numbers to guide safe reveals
Numbers directly indicate adjacent mine counts. Before clicking a cell, check the numbers around it. If a 1 touches only one unrevealed cell, that cell is a mine. If a 2 touches two unrevealed cells and no flags, both are mines. Flag those cells, then chord to reveal their neighbors quickly.
Chording only works when placed flags match the number. If you double-click a 3 but have only two flags around it, nothing happens. Place the third flag first, then chord.
Tips for maintaining your streak
You get one attempt only for each daily board. A misclick ends the puzzle immediately. Before revealing a cell, verify the surrounding numbers support that choice.
Toggle Flag Mode on mobile rather than relying on a long-press. It reduces accidental reveals when you mean to place a flag.
Pay attention to the remaining tile count as you click. Winning requires clearing all non-mine cells, not flagging every mine. Focus on safe reveals rather than hunting every mine location.
