What is RNGdle?
RNGdle is a daily random number game. Each day you press a button once to generate a number from 0 to 1,000,000. The game scans that number for patterns and properties, awards badges, and calculates EP (entropy points) to rank its overall rarity.
How to play RNGdle
- Open the site and press the roll button to generate your daily number.
- Wait while the game checks the number for properties such as primes, palindromes, repeating digits, sequences, meme numbers, and other special traits.
- Review the badges earned and the total EP they produce.
- Check the rarity rank of the roll, which places it among categories from Trash to Mythic based on total EP compared with all possible outcomes.
- Share the result or compare it with others. The number is locked for the day; the next roll becomes available after the daily reset.
Badges, EP, and rarity
Badges mark specific patterns in the rolled number. Common examples include even or odd, pairs, or six digits; rarer ones cover exact special values, long repeated runs, or unusual mathematical properties. Each badge carries an EP value, with rarer matches worth more.
When several badges belong to the same family, only the strongest one in that family contributes EP, while the others still appear as supporting discoveries. The total EP determines the roll’s rarity tier: Trash (bottom 1%), Common (bottom 50%), Uncommon (top 50–25%), Rare (top 25–10%), Epic (top 10–5%), Anomaly (top 5–1%), and Mythic (top 1%). Individual badges also carry their own probability-based rarity labels.
Tips
There is no skill that improves the number itself. The single daily roll is the entire action. Focus on reading the badges that appear rather than judging the digits by appearance alone; a plain-looking result can still hold uncommon properties.
The game is designed for a short daily check. Results can be shared, and an optional account helps retain history across visits while the core loop works without one.
