What is SkyQ?
SkyQ is a daily aviation route puzzle from FlightQ. You identify the departure and destination airports of a real scheduled flight using clues about duration, aircraft, route type, direction and airline. Each day offers Easy, Medium and Hard flights drawn from actual schedules.
How to play SkyQ
- Select Easy, Medium or Hard difficulty.
- Search for and choose a departure airport and a destination airport.
- Submit your route pair and read the position feedback for both airports.
- Use each incorrect guess to unlock the next clue and solve the flight before reaching five guesses.
Reading the feedback
SkyQ evaluates each airport independently. A correct airport in the correct position is marked as solved. A correct airport placed in the wrong position tells you the airport appears in the route but not where you put it. A wrong airport shows distance and direction to help narrow the search. Every wrong guess unlocks one more clue. After five guesses an unsolved flight is revealed.
Difficulty modes
Easy daily uses routes from the 50 busiest in the world.
Medium daily expands the pool to 500 scheduled routes.
Hard daily draws from the full daily schedule, including niche, seasonal and regional flights.
