Worldle shows a country or territory as a black silhouette on a white background. Type country or territory names into the answer field; you have six guesses to identify the silhouette. Beyond the daily puzzle, the site includes an archive of past games, practice mode, leagues, a streak calendar, and a beta create mode. The selector at the top of the board says “Country” and has arrows on either side, indicating that other geographical categories are available.
Study the silhouette. There are no labels, scale markers, or surrounding coastlines—only the outline.

Identifying a country from its silhouette is difficult without names, neighboring countries, or other geographic context. Reading the feedback
The game only grades country or territory names it recognizes. An unrecognized entry shows “Unknown country!” and does not use a guess. After two such entries, the counter still reads “GUESS 1 / 6.” Accepted attempts count toward the six-guess limit and return clues, including distance. You can set the distance unit to kilometers or miles.
Modes
Daily is the numbered board that everyone plays: six guesses for one silhouette.
Practice mode is available in the side menu beside the daily board. The same menu includes Archive, with past games, and Challenge, listed between Practice mode and Leagues. Create mode is also in the menu and still has a BETA tag.
Tips
Try different spellings freely. If the game does not recognize an entry, it shows “Unknown country!” without using a guess.
The answer can be a territory as well as a country. Island fragments and dependencies are valid when they fit the prompt.
The settings include rotation mode and image-free mode. They also let you switch between kilometers and miles.
